Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment & Fees

  • Enrolment is confirmed only once all required forms are completed and fees (or agreed funding arrangements) are in place.

  • Fees are payable in advance as outlined in the enrolment agreement.

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable, except where BIPC cancels a class.

2. Attendance & Participation

  • Regular attendance and punctuality are expected to ensure the best outcomes for all participants.

  • Participants are encouraged to take part in all program activities to the best of their ability.

  • BIPC reserves the right to withdraw a participant from a class, rehearsal, or performance if behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

3. Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  • Participants (and/or their guardians) must disclose any relevant medical, behavioural, or accessibility needs prior to enrolment.

  • A support worker/carer may be required for students who need personal care or one-on-one assistance.

  • BIPC is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment but cannot accept responsibility for injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings.

4. Media & Publicity

  • Photographs and video footage may be taken during classes, rehearsals, and performances for promotional and archival purposes.

  • Consent for media use will be requested upon enrolment; families may opt out in writing.

5. Performances & Events

  • Participation in performances is subject to rehearsal attendance and the student’s readiness, as determined by program staff.

  • Performance schedules are subject to change; families will be notified in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

  • All participants, families, and staff are expected to treat others with respect, kindness, and professionalism.

  • Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

7. Cancellations & Changes

  • BIPC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue unavailability).

  • Where possible, make-up sessions or alternative arrangements will be offered.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information collected is used only for enrolment, safety, and communication purposes.

  • Data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

9. Liability

  • Participation is at the student’s own risk. BIPC takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety but is not liable for accidental injuries or loss of personal property.

10. Agreement

  • By enrolling, participants and/or their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
